This is a one owner car. Only 59,000 miles. We are a mature adult couple, the car has never been raced or tracked and seldom redlined. This car was ordered directly from Germany in the rare Barrique Red and Beige Dakota leather. You will not see yourself coming and going in this car. Car has been maintained to Old School standards, which means that all the fluids that BMW now calls ‘lifetime fill’ have been changed at least once. Car is loaded with Sport, Premium, and Cold Weather packages. Also Xenon headlights and navigation system. Sticker price of this car was $43,570 plus tax in 2007.
All service records, manual, and window sticker are available and included. With all wheel drive and a six speed manual transmission you are in complete control of this car even in the winter. And winter is just around the corner. This is one of the last inline six cylinder normally aspirated engines you will be able to buy. BMW inline sixes are legendary for their durability.
Car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic shape as you can see from the photos. Car (including the engine compartment) is professionally detailed at least once a year. Service was mostly done by Manhattan BMW, along with quality local shops for things Manhattan BMW won’t do (like install Bilstein shocks for example).
Upgrades and extras include: -new BBS wheels (no runflats) installed at 40k miles. -Goodyear Eagle F1 tires installed at the same time. -Bilstein HD shocks installed at 50k miles. -A Covercraft custom waterproof car cover has protected the car while parked (and will be included). -Weathertech mats have been on the floor since day one, front and back.
The car has a Carfax. In 2010, the car was hit in the rear while parked in front of our house. No mechanical parts were damaged, only the trunk. Car was repaired by ABC Collision in Brooklyn.
At some point the voice recognition stopped working.
Clean title. Car is located near Lincoln Center in Manhattan.
